Fina is a not-for-profit provider of Supported Independent Living and complex disability support, built on 32 acres in Burpengary and a planning system we've run since 2012.
Every service starts from what someone wants their life to look like — then we build the support, the plan and the team around it.
Shared homes and in-home support, matched by personality wherever possible — not just by roster availability.

Learn about relationships support →Personalised dietary plans built with our Executive Chef, dietitians and the Fina community garden.

Individualised physical care plans built with each client's allied health team.
Health and allied health professionals integrated into day-to-day support planning.
Holistic, individualised psychological and behaviour plans — reviewed, not static.
Consistent core teams and routines built for people who need more than a roster can offer.
Every specific clinical or registration claim on this page must be checked against Fina's current NDIS certificate of registration before publication — this section should only ever say what Fina can prove.
Fina's planning system is the thing most providers can't copy: a named, structured cadence built around each person, refreshed every quarter, checked every fortnight.
A rolling, seasonally-based plan of activities built around each client's own wishes and their family's, from day one.
Activities are checked against real life with the client and support staff, and adjusted — nothing is set and forgotten.
The lifestyle plan becomes specific days, times and sequences — so staff notice the moment something needs to change.
Fina Park is our administrative home and the setting for four of our accommodation houses — open to clients, families and the wider community, not fenced off from it.
"Life is a gift — and it's not defined by physical or intellectual disability." The Fina Code
Our Executive Chef works with each client, their family and their dietitian to build a nutrition plan — grown, in part, in the Fina community garden.
We defend the rights and responsibilities that come with adulthood, and reject decisions made for people rather than with them.
Fina builds core teams of managers and support workers who stay with the same house and the same clients — familiarity, not rotating rosters.
Different pathway, same team. Choose the option closest to you and we'll ask only what's relevant.
