COVID-19 Update

In accordance with Queensland Government Covid 19 Public Health Directives, the following applies to all Fina facilities:

• Visitors are permitted – unless specified in the Public Health Directive
• All permitted entrants must scan the relevant QR Code or complete this form before entry
• Fina staff will only work at Fina while Covid Public Health Directives are in force
• Wherever possible, Fina staff will be assigned to one Fina facility only while Covid Public Health Directives are in force

Fina requires all staff and permitted visitors having direct client contact to wear a mask and gloves at all times.
