Governance
Fina is governed by a Management Committee. Its members are committed to a best-practice governance framework and have access to regular governance training. Committee members have a sound understanding of Fina’s financial, legal and prudential obligations as well as the requirements of NDIS accreditation. All Fina’s operations and activities are guided by a clear, coherent and integrated set of policies which are overseen by the Management Committee and reviewed regularly.
