Supported Independent Living
Fina offers personalised Supported Independent Living in shared environments. Each client’s personality, preferences, privacy and cultural needs are identified and met wherever possible. Clients and support staff are matched wherever possible. Fina also offers Supported Independent Living services delivered in the client’s own home.
Community Participation
Fina consults with the client and/or the client’s family or guardians to develop an individualised Community Participation Plan. The Community Participation Plan addresses each client’s interests, wishes, personal goals and cultural preferences, scheduled according to seasonal availability. Plans are reviewed every 3 months or as required.
Relationships – Building and Maintenance
Understanding that positive relationships are critical to physical and mental well-being, Fina supports each client in the maintenance of existing relationships and the development of new ones according to the client’s wishes.
Learning and Life Skills
Fina is committed to providing each client with trained staff to help him/her identify and achieve life skills, educational outcomes and other opportunities which will build capacity, confidence and independence.
Clinical and Psychological Care Plans
At Fina, our qualified health and allied health professionals work with each client’s support network to develop integrated and individualised physical, psychological and behaviour plans. These plans represent a holistic approach to ensuring a progressive and capacity-building lifestyle.
